I didn't receive my free Frequent Buyer Program item - why?

If for some reason you did not receive your free Frequent Buyer Program item when you should have, please feel free to fill out a form here to let our corporate staff know to look into your account status.  Please be sure to let us know if you attempted to redeem your free item online or in-store.  Many of our manufacturers' programs do differ in number of required purchases as well as the size or types of items that apply towards a free item in each program based on their program stipulations.  You can see this page for more information on the Frequent Buyer Programs we currently offer.
