Stipulations & Specifications
FREE In-store Pickup: Online orders are typically ready for in-store pickup within 3 hours of placement at the store location chosen so long as the store has the item(s) in-stock.~ If not in-stock, a transfer is needed and may affect fulfillment times.
Orders are held at your chosen store for three days. You can extend your pickup window by contacting the store at which your order was placed or emailing service@unclebills.com.
We will charge your method of payment when your order has been placed and item(s) put on hold for you. 

NowCourier Local Delivery: Online order shipments typically ship within 1-2 business days.*
*Order by 9 AM EST for 2 Business-day delivery Monday through Friday.
*Orders after 9 AM EST will be shipped next-day Monday through Thursday.
      $10 shipping cost per 0-50lb order under $60;
      $5 shipping discount for individual orders over $60; 
Order weight limit is 50 lbs. per order. For orders over 50 lbs. items may be split up into separate shipments, but only one $5 discount per order will be applied.
Local delivery services are to mainly be provided by NowCourier; NowCourier may not be available as a shipping option in all geographical locations. 
Otherwise store / curbside pick-up or FedEx are available shipping alternatives when/if available.
(FedEx delivery charges will vary by order).
NowCourier shall be liable for cargo loss or damage, including cargo loss or damage caused by Carrier’s failure to exercise reasonable dispatch (in no event shall a time quotation be considered a guarantee of delivery time.)
*Shipping services may not apply to all items.

FedEx Delivery:
When available, FedEx pricing is calculated by delivery location, item size, item weight, and delivery option chosen.  Charges vary.

Shipping Charges & Times
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and sub-total price of the order as well as by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.
Estimated shipping charges will be displayed in your Shopping Cart after you have signed in to your registered online account. Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.

Standard NowCourier (typically ships next day, arrives within 1-2 business days)
FedEx (typically ships next day, arrives within 2-5 business days)
In-Store (Typically within 3 hours, unless an item transfer is needed)
Accurate on-time delivery is very important to us. For many products, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you determine when products are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors including product availability, allocation time in fulfillment from our stores, shipping method and destination. Please note: Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Most standard shipping may be deliverable within 1-2 business days and some restrictions apply to specific locations or items. Special order items or shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

Live pets, fresh or frozen foods, aquariums and other select products may not be eligible for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered.
Different shipping methods may be available based on the products purchased and the delivery location. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Please note: Some products may only offer one option for shipping. Shipping costs are based on the products ordered and the shipping method selected. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.

Delivery may be delayed due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to, weather, strikes, power outages, shutdowns, province or governmental actions, and other similar acts.
Terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change at the sole discretion of Uncle Bill's Pet Centers.

"FREE Shipping Offers"
Free Shipping applies only to purchases over $60.00 and under 51 lbs. Packages over 50 lbs will be subject to a $10 surcharge. A $10 Surcharge will be placed on every 50 lbs (i.e. orders over $60 and 0-50 lbs=discount/free, 51-100 lbs=$10, 101-150=$20 Surcharge total) Coupon Code must be applied for discount.

Automatic Re-Ordering Subscriptions
All automatic re-ordering subscriptions are created and maintained by the user (customer). Customers have the ability to turn on/off the auto-ship option in their account page, choose the frequency of the re-orders, and/or cancel the auto-shipping completely. Once auto-shipping is enabled, an email will be sent to the customer 72 hours before each automatic re-shipment stating the customer has 48 hours to cancel said auto-shipment; if not, the order and shipment will go through as scheduled. 
For such orders, your bank will reserve the funds in your account until your items ship or the authorization expires. Depending on your bank’s policy, you may see an authorization charge even for a canceled order. If your items don’t ship, the authorization charge will expire. Some banks may take up to 30 days to remove authorization charges from your account.
We charge your payment method as your items ship:
• One authorization charge for the grand total of your order
• Separate, final charges for each shipment
Rest assured, you’ll only be charged for shipped items.

Backorders
In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety we’ll notify you as soon as possible and check if the unavailable items are in stock at another store near you or suggest a substitution of a similar item.
