I haven't received my Rewards Certificate - why?
There may be a few reasons why you might have not yet received your Rewards Certificate. Have you ensured that the address and other information in your account is correct? If not or you're unsure, please
visit the store nearest you to update your account or
register/
login on our store site to update the information personally. Your points balance on our site on your My Account page will also take 24 hours to update from the day the points have become earned. What's more, it can take up to 1-2 weeks for your Reward Certificate to arrive in the mail after it is generated. If your information is accurate and up to date, it may be that the necessary 30 days hasn't yet passed between the purchase date when points are still "pending" and when they will become "earned" points. It does take 30 days for points to become earned to allow for returns and other processes. If all your information seems correct, it has been 30 days since your purchase that brought you over the 250 point mark, and you still have not received your Rewards Certificate after about 2 weeks feel free to
fill out a form here to let our corporate staff know to look into your account status.
