"I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know it was great seeing you Saturday at our most recent visit to Uncle Bills. Over the years you have always made us feel very welcome and as a valued customer whenever we have been to Uncle Bills.
Thinking back when we first started coming to Uncle Bills to now I cannot say thank you enough for the patience and expert assistance we have been afforded during our struggles of setting up and maintaining two salt water fish tanks. If it had not been for you, we would never have been successful in our endeavor.
I also want to commend you for the store location at Washington Street. Whenever we have been in the store it has been a favorable experience. The facility is always clean, has a great assortment of merchandise, is arranged to accommodate the customer with ease, and you provide a staff of workers who are always willing and eager to assist the customer. That is what keeps customers coming back...

"We love Uncle Bills! We visit the store at least twice a week; since we need crickets and pinkes for our reptiles. There are other pet stores in the Fort Wayne area, but choose Uncle Bills because of their convenient location and friendly knowledgeable staff. They make you feel welcome by calling us by name and taking the time to listen and ask how our pets are doing. We have purchased five small animals and all supplies involved with no disappointments! I would like to start off by thanking you for giving my girlfriend and I the chance to meet the newest member of are family. On September 28, 2008 we made a trip to your East Washington store just to browse and look at the cute puppies that you had, so it started that way. Because we where in the process of looking for another dog to add to the family. We had one at the time a small Boxer named Helga. So while we where in the store we came across a very happy and full of life Boston Terrier that we both feel in love with as soon as we saw him. It was all over with when we took him to one of your rooms in the back (Great idea by the way that was a deal closer). Grateful customer

So we took him home that night and have loved on him ever since. We named him Sanders Ryan Copeland, so I am very thankful of your store and the help we received from your employees. P.S. sent pictures also.
"I just wanted to let you know I had a wonderful experience in your East Washington store on Saturday, May 16. An employee who's name I think was Drake (that's what his name tag said) was really helpful to me. I needed some algae eaters for my 2 fish tanks. Drake answered all my questions, suggested the clown pleco, helped me pick out shrimp and a snail, then helped me find really nice rocks and plants for my tanks. He stayed with me to even find the chemicals I needed, and then walked with me to the register and explained the 2 week guaranty on the fish and snail. I honestly didn't expect that kind of service in a pet store! I'm used to shopping alone and figuring out what I want by myself, so Drake's help felt like I was really being spoiled. Thank you for employing such a wonderful person! "
